Saturday, January 10th was held the second part of the ongoing series of meetings organized by the Organizational Design of Public Agencies in collaboration with the Hospital Cannizzaro Catania. After the visit made by students to the structures of Cannizzaro on 12 December and the meeting with the governing bodies of the Hospital (the Director Overall, the medical director and managing director), the managing directors Dr.. Giuseppe Di Bella (Superintendency and economic) and Giampiero Bonaccorsi (Economic and Financial Affairs) XV were entertained in the classroom with students, explaining in detail the methods and techniques of planning and control of health spending, at both institutional and individual hospital. Dr. Di Bella has described the typical activities of the board, from the definition of the terms of the types of expenditure contracts and tenders, the Community framework for monitoring tools of the contracting authority, will also discuss the new scenarios that lie ahead with the outsourcing. Dr. Bonaccorsi, instead, focused on planning and control instruments used to Cannizzaro, their signal function of the economic and financial company, as well as on how to link the various guidance documents and planning tools available to the Cannizzaro (from 'company act, the strategic plan, the three-year plan). The meeting was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty Prof. Michael Cavallaro, Prof. James Pignataro (Professor of Health Economics) and the doctors, and Rosaria Spina Emanuele Rapisarda.
