Ingredients:

4 herring fillets 1 onion

Galbanino (or similar cheese)
Butter Oil


Lemon Parsley Breadcrumbs



Fry coarsely chopped onion in a skillet with butter for a few minutes, then remove the onion and add the herring fillets, then place on a baking dish.
In a small bowl prepare a mixture with lemon, olive oil and parsley, cover with which the fish. Add cheese and bread crumbs evenly. Bake for about ten minutes.


Pro: good, fast and ideal for those who do not particularly like the fish dish with fewer calories, which hopefully can also be made without using butter

Cons: if you hate the bones do not bother!
