Walking through the vineyards I noticed some panels similar to these, scattered in different parts of the territory of the winery. I inquired and found out that it is the 'route dedicated to Goethe, who in 1786 passed through here in the vineyards Endrizzi note information on the composition of the soil of the vineyards. These notes were then reported on the signs so that tourists who visit the winery can read. The route is part of a project called "Europäische Goethestraße " and was prepared under the auspices of the Goethe Society in Weimar.
