Wind Burn Or Frostbite

idea for the book The History of The Cellar

This morning, while rummaging through books that speak of the Cellar (in Mr. Endrici and with his permission of course), I found a little gem of Luigi Veronelli, a figure of great importance in the wine. This is an article that appeared on "The tenants historical " 89 and tells the Sotra winery. I consider it excellent material for my book, are worth repeating!

<"In campagna si copre tutto lo scibile umano: c'è il primario, con l'agricoltura, il secondario, ché una buona parte del lavoro per produrre il vino è proprio industria e il terziario, perchè il vino bisogna farlo conoscere se si vuole venderlo": con questa considerazione economico-filosofica Endrici Paul, smiling and ironic, he gave up his law degree while brilliant, and the world enoic has gained another protagonist. He married Christine , architect, born near Stuttgart, which was happy to put roots in Italy and cooperating company family, perhaps because the international tradition of the house should not have lost. He was born in 1885 Fratelli Endrizzi, by brothers Frank and Angelo, and had built a clear success in the marketplace of the entire Austro-Hungarian Empire, and remained for a long time, until the advent of the wineries, the largest ever across the Trentino. Even then, they were planted the finest vineyards that were known, Cabernet, Pinot, Riesling, firsts for the land. Romano, son of Francis, continued the business after its annexation to Italy, also devoted himself to politics: he served as president of the province for eight years. Franco, son of the Roman Empire, but had the onerous task of reviving the company sorely tried by the upheaval of World War II. He pointed export and won, ran from 1957 to 1975 the Provincial Committee wine with predominant personality: it is precisely in those years and under his direction the Trentino wine acquires an image of respect on the new domestic and foreign markets.
Today is Paul running the show and his job is to seek ever more fiercely with the quality. It 'helped in this by the country in which the company is located, San Michele Adige, and is therefore a natural collaboration with the Agricultural Institute.
has two farms the property, the first, the fact Masetto, where the headquarters of the Cantina, and the beautiful farm Kinderleit, formerly the Augustinian abbey, founded in 1145. Its beauty has raised it as an emblem of viticulture thirty, and his photo is everywhere to emphasize the elegance of these wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Teroldego Rotaliano, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Muller Thurgau, all signed Endrizzi , Endrici and not because it wants the dialect.>
